Rhodes Memorial is a memorial to English born, South African, Cecil John Rhodes.

On 1 December 1999, Robben Island was declared a World Heritage Site. Visit the museum at the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, situated in V&A Waterfront. Due to the increased demand for tickets during peak holiday periods, it is advisable to make your booking at least three weeks in advance. Chapman’s Peak Drive or "Chappies, as it's commonly known by locals, is a 9km winding road with 114 curves carved out of Chapman's Peak, situated between Noordhoek and Hout Bay on the Atlantic Coast on the south-western tip of South Africa with a total length of 593m. Chappies has become the photographers dream and forms part of the very dominant Cape Point Tour which is a must do for visitor and locals alike. *Check if open* Light Vehicle: R50

Take about an hour to visit the vulnerable African Penguins before or after a visit to Cape Point. The wooden board walk which stretches from Boulders- to Seaforth beach, is loved by families with kids. It is recommended to start at Boulders and walk to Seaforth and perhaps settle for lunch at Seaforth Restaurant which is situated on the beach.

With views of Robben Island, Cape Town and a long stretch of the Cape Peninsula there is no wonder about why on 2 December 2012, the mountain was declared one of new 7 wonders of nature. It's advisable to book tickets on the day as weather need to be checked for the operation of the cable car, however, tickets are valid for a period of 14 days. Established in 1913, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are considered the best in Africa and one of the greatest botanic gardens in the world. Romantics, hikers, bird watchers, plant seekers, art lovers and Photographers will all have their senses and minds pleased aesthetically. Lion's Head is a mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Lion's Head peaks at 669 metres (2,195 ft) above sea level. The peak forms part of a dramatic backdrop to the city of Cape Town and is part of the Table Mountain National Park.

The aquarium was opened on 13 November 1995 and comprises of seven exhibition galleries with large viewing windows. The enchantment of this particular aquarium is due to its location, in the heart of V&A Waterfront, the most visited venue in Cape Town. DAILY: 9:30 - 6pm ADULT: R185

The Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa is a contemporary art museum located at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa. It is the largest museum of contemporary African art in the world. The Heart of Cape Town museum is a museum complex in the Groote Schuur Hospital. The hospital was founded in 1938 and is renowned for being the institution where the first human heart transplant took place, conducted by Christiaan Barnard on the patient Louis Washkansky. On 3 December 2007, marking the 40th anniversary of the heart transplant, the museum opened. GUIDED TOURS: 7 days a week 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00. Specially pre-arranged tours are available for 17:00.

Signal Hill, or Lion's Rump, is a landmark flat-topped hill located in Cape Town, next to Lion's Head and Table Mountain. The hill was also known as "The Lion's Flank", a term now obsolete.

Situated in the Company garden, this museum focuses on the history of slavery in the area. MON - SAT: 9am - 5pm ADULT: R30

District Six is a former inner-city residential area in Cape Town. Over 60 000 of its inhabitants were forcibly removed during the 1970s by the apartheid regime. The area is partly divided between the suburbs of Walmer Estate, Zonnebloem and Lower Vrede. The rest remains undeveloped land. MON - SAT: 9am - 4pm ADULT: R140 (Guided with snack)

Campsbay Beach, named after the very affluent suburb it's located in, is a very beautiful beach on the Atlantic Coastline, boasting a strip of bars and restaurants. The perfect spot to lounge but beware, the water is very cold.

The Castle of Good Hope is known locally as "The Castle". Its Dutch name is "Kasteel de Goede Hoop" and is a bastion fort built in the 17th century in Cape Town, South Africa. The Castle was originally located on the coastline of Table Bay but, following reclamation, the fort is now located a short distance inland within the Central Business District.
